An analysis and collection of Iran's daily threats and warnings to Israel and the West.
‘If this year you repeat the same mistake of the last year, the ocean of
nations of the region will get angry and will cut root of the Zionist regime from its stem . . ."
"Anybody who recognizes Israel will burn in the fire of the Islamic nation's fury."
"Remove Israel before it is too late and save yourself from the fury of regional
nations."
"Israel is a rotten, dried tree that will be annihilated in one storm."
-- Quotes from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
Open Letter to New York Delegates (9/24)
National Rally To End the Threat NOW!
September
22, 2007 - Yom Kippur
I am a survivor of Islamic terrorism. I am not Jewish,
but I am Zionist. In fact, according to President Ahmadinejad, all Americans are Zionists.
Eighteen people died the
day a suicide bomber, disguised as an Ultra-orthodox Jew, climbed aboard the bus on Jaffa Road in central Jerusalem. I survived the bus bombing to warn you.
That day I learned to take terrorist
threats seriously. I learned not to minimize the threat of wide scale terrorism. I know that suicide belts used in bus bombings
will evolve into dirty bombs, missile attacks against Israel and Europe, and eventually, nuclear terrorism. I learned to pay attention to terrorist threats. I paid a
price to learn that lesson.
You have made several mistakes in your letter to
the people of the United States.
The first is that you imagine Americans to be a homogenous whole, our attitudes reflected
by the nation’s liberal media. As a public speaker on Islam in the U.S.A. I find fewer and fewer people that adopt a
“politically correct” stance on issues concerning Iran, militant Islam, and terrorist supporting nations. I know
the leader of a spiritual dictatorship could not grasp that.
Concerning both our nations sharing similar values. Anyone
can find web photos of you leading away a blindfolded American in the 1979 American Embassy Hostage Crisis. Now, to try to
write as if we are magically together in heart is laughable. The great nation of America is a universe away from your goals
and worldview.
Both your prayers in the United Nations General Assembly, last September and this year, wherein you
called upon Allah to speedily bring the perfect human being are exercises in futility. We are not ignorant.
The days
of Westerners being fooled by semantics and vague references is over. Knowledge of this perfect human being you speak
of, i. e., the Mahdi, the messianic figure of Islam, is growing among Christians in America. The agenda of his appearance
being the flash point that will begin a war that will leave Islam the last standing religion on earth is speedily coming to
the attention of Americans. This idea does not endear you to any American.
To end your letter focusing on Israel
makes it a cliché that only evokes a response of disgust. Your letter was merely a forum in which to sound off your hatred
for a people that has never done anything to you or your country. Don’t try to place us in your world. We don’t
want anything like what we see you offering your people.
Hossein Khomeini, the grandson of your own Ayatollah Khomeini
says it all. His request to the United States to come overthrow the government of Iran and break open the prison doors should
be broadcast to the world.
You were right, we are pained by the sufferings and afflictions in the world, but most
of those sufferings and afflictions today are coming from the deeds of militant Islam. Please don’t patronize us!

THE COMING
OF THE HIDDEN IMAM
“Fight the Jews and Vanquish Them” --Ayatollah
Nouri-Hamedani
The official
Iranian news agency FARS, which is close to the conservative circles in Iran, published a statement by Ayatollah Hossein Nouri-Hamedani,
one of the Iranian regime’s leading religious authorities, in which he advocates fighting the Jews in order to prepare
the ground and to hasten the advent of the Hidden Imam, the Messiah [Mahdi] according to Shiite belief.
On the southern front of Gaza, Hamas continues to fulfill its objectives on behalf
of the Palestinian people. Unfortunately, peace with Israel is not in their charter.
An historically unrivaled tyrant is emerging with alarming speed. Iran’s
President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could turn out to be the most dangerous individual in history. His push to nuclear power has
the world focused on Iran. His U.N. Speech in September 2005, and how he himself viewed it, should alarm the West without
reservation. He stated:
“One of our group told me that when
I started to say ‘In the name of Allah, the almighty and merciful,’ he saw a light around me, and I was placed
inside this aura. I felt it myself. I felt the atmosphere suddenly change, and for 27 or 28 minutes of my speech, the leaders
of the world did not blink . . . They were rapt. It seemed as if a hand was holding them there and had opened their eyes to
receive the message from the Islamic republic.”
He ended that speech with a prayer to Allah for
the Mahdi’s appearance,
“O
mighty Allah, I pray to you to hasten the emergence of your last repository, the Promised One, that perfect and pure human
being, the one that will fill this world with peace and justice.”

Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) Website
Click banner to open pdf file of document published by The Islamic Republic of Iran broadcasting (IRIB) website which said in a program called 'The World Towards Illumination,' that the Mahdi will
reappear in Mecca and form an army to defeat Islam's enemies in a series of apocalyptic battles, in which the Mahdi will overcome
his archvillain in Jerusalem.
Both the leadership and the populace of Iran
are obsessed with the coming of Islam’s Messiah, the 12th Imam, al-Mahdi. SHALOM SHALOM JERUSALEM
MINISTRIES has been sounding the alert on the subject for at least two years. The Islamic theology of Jesus and his
second coming are detailed in this document. It is important to realize that Islam’s Jesus is not Jesus of Nazareth.
None of Christianity’s expectations of Messiah are met in he who is expected by Islam and supposedly comes forth to
meet Imam al-Mahdi, i.e., Jesus of Mecca.
The pdf from the Iranian web site is on "the enlightened one" and what his
coming will mean for the world. It has been translated from Persian into English. Although long, it is worth gleaning the
important points. I have highlighted in red the main points and headlined the gist of a paragraphs meaning.
We owe
ourselves knowledge on what our enemy believes and teaches. These teachings may surprise you, and will certainly be different
than your ideas about Jesus, but that is the point. Islamic organizations in the West are working hard to make Christians
and Jews think that we all believe similarly. That is far from the truth.

Omedia was established to become a trustworthy and dependable source for daily review, commentary and analysis of Israel's
most burning current-events.
During 2006, our Web site in Hebrew (http://www.omedia.co.il/) has published nearly 1000 articles written by our diverse
team of journalists as well as by some of Israel's most renowned experts that contributed exclusive articles to Omedia in
a variety of topics. Such experts include Nobel Prize winner Professor Israel Uman, Professor Shalom Rozenberg, Professor
Eyal Zisser, Professor Assa Kasher, and nearly 20 other military, scientific, philosophy and other expert contributors.
The past year has seen us receive numerous requests to translate our content to English, and thus, we are happy to launch
this web site which will include a major portion of our articles as well as a limited number of additional items
Our goals are three-pronged:
1) Commenting and analyzing the most important and crucial events on the Israeli agenda, their meaning and value, in an
attempt to provide unbiased factual analysis and fact-based information to the public (media content).
2) Critiquing the form by which the media delivers data and information about these key events, in an attempt to create
public demand for more balance and ethically sound media channels (media form)
3) Providing the readers with several Internet-based activism platforms and tools to help affect positive societal change
through a combination of web-based, and non web-based activities
Iranian President addressing the UN
POLITICAL
INCORRECTNESS Never
mind that neither Christians nor Jews could get away with such blasphemy against political correctness as to offer up a prayer
to our God in an international forum. Surprisingly, the world’s leaders applauded him.
C.
S. Lewis (of Narnia fame) may have had some prophetic gifting when he wrote the space trilogy back in the 1938. He portrayed
an institution called the N.I.C.E. In the third book, That Hideous Strength. It was almost purpose for purpose a picture
of the U.N. in which something as absurd as Ahmadinejad’s prayer could take place. Lewis’ book predated the establishment
of the United Nations (conceptualized in 1942, and officially became recognized in April of 1945) by eight years.
Ahmadinejad’s
recent diatribes against Israel top Europe’s libelous campaigns against the Jewish people at any point in history. “Wiped
off the map,” and “Relocated to some other country,” should have the U.N. silencing him with sanctions –
of which not a word has been spoken.
YAD
VASHEM SERIOUSLY CONCERNED Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust Memorial Museum is concerned about Iran’s aggressive
Holocaust denial. The Association of Islamic Journalists of Iran is about to convene an international conference of Holocaust
deniers to “examine in-depth the Holocaust myth.” This illustrates how deeply entrenched Holocaust denial is in
Islamist circles.
Recently, Daniel Pipes, Charles Krauthammer (Washington Post), and other
well known columnists are picking up on the recurring use of the term Mahdi. Pipes warns that a new word has been birthed—Mahdaviat—meaning
“belief in and efforts to prepare for the appearance of the Mahdi.”
Real media
attention began in 2004 when Saddam fell from power. Jane Araff, CNNs Middle East news anchor woman reported from Karbala
where 1.5 million Shi’ite Muslims swelled the small town to bursting. She didn’t realize that the celebration
was connected directly with the hope of the emergence of the Mahdi – it was a celebration of his birthday in the tenth
century. One and a half million Shi’ites had been forbidden from the yearly Shi’ite event for 35 years by Saddam
whose flavor of Islam is Sunni.
The term reemerged when Muktada al-Sadr, the militant Shi’ite
leader resisting Coalition Forces in the Iraqi town of Fallujah, named his militia the al-Mahdi Army.
The
United States took notice when they received a video of Al-Queda’s leader ‘in-hiding’, Osama bin-Laden,
standing in front of a white-board somewhere in Islamic territory. America’s Middle East experts noticed that he had
signed in, in Arabic, as “The Expected Enlightened One” a euphemism for The Mahdi.
ISLAM COMES OF AGE
While we all debate, Islam is growing on two parallel
levels. The first, soundly welcomed by Islam, is the politically correct version, manned by liberals worldwide. The peacefulness
of the religion is reiterated and applauded while the bombings keep happening, terrorist attacks continue, and Islamic leaders
keep spouting the most vicious rhetoric imaginable. The second is found in their own writings. The triumph of Islam over all
other religions under the iron fist of the Mahdi, the death of infidels who refuse to convert, second class citizenship of
non-Muslims in Muslim countries and in countries slated to soon become Muslim (like the UK) when the Mahdi unleashes his hordes
upon the world.
Under the politically correct version, friendship tours involving princes
of nations like Saudi Arabia are taking place. Eager to convince gullible US citizens of a powerful friendship alliance between
the two countries, Saudi princes have made whistle-stop tours of the USA shaking hands and smiling. Not only hand smiles and
handshakes, but cold hard cash. Prince Ali Walid bin-Talal made a generous donation of $40 million dollars to two American
institutions of higher learning. Harvard was one of the recipients. Fox news popular talk show “Hannity and Colmes”
inferred that the gift was to pave the way to indoctrinate American youth on the “true nature” of Islam (i.e.,
the politically correct version). Sean Hannity countered the Prince suggesting that he sponsor a course on tolerance in his
own country. When it comes to religion, Saudi Arabia takes the awards for the most intolerant nation on the face of the earth.
FIRST CHURCH OF MECCA? Not
a single church or synagogue exists in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Why? Only the state sanctioned flavor of Sunni Islam is
allowed in the kingdom. Our Saudi friends should be questioned about that. The logic is simple: both Jews and Christians inhabited
both Mecca and Medina before Muhammad decided how Arabia should worship. When Muhammad faced rejection from them, both Jewish
and Christian inhabitants were driven from their communities, often in bloody massacres. Personally, I suggest a friendship
“put-your-money-where-your-mouth-is” overture where the Saudi government funds a large church and a large synagogue
in Mecca. These two institutions should be open and visible to the public, and anyone who wishes to attend them, including
Muslims who might be disenchanted with their religion, could inquire of another path to God. I know my personal opinion is
bold, but since the world is catching on to the concept of retribution to people groups who were criminally treated, shouldn’t
our Saudi friends also catch the vision? Shouldn’t Christians and Jews be able to reconnect with communities
that were vibrant before 632 A.D.? The fact of the matter is that all roads leading to Mecca have a sign long before you arrive
that if you are not Muslim, you must turn your car around and head the other direction. This is not an ear-mark of friendship.
But, let’s not forget that Saudi Arabia is both the birthplace of the Mahdi, and the
nation in which he will reveal himself as Islam’s savior. These prerequisites seem to have been overlooked by Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad. The Iranian President secretly instructed the city council of Tehran to build a grand avenue to prepare for the
coming of the Mahdi. A direct Tehran-Jamkaran railroad dedicated to the same purpose and a $17 million blue-tiled mosque also
await the appearance, from out of hiding, of the enlightened one of Islam. Will there be friction between the Saudis and Ahmadinejad?
One can only hope so.
What could be worse than a Hitler-like tyrant? A despot fueled by a
mystical ultra-religious ideology. Not just any ideology, but one in which disdain for all other viewpoints is clearly written
in their “holy” writings.
THE
EMPEROR HAS NO CLOTHES! I, however, am greatly encouraged. In spite of the pressures on the general public to be politically
correct, I am yet to run across anyone who really espouses the PC doctrine. What I do find are wonderful people who have the
innocence of the naive boy in the children’s story, “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” who shouted unashamedly
in public that the king was stark naked. May those of us who have nothing to lose keep shouting.
